So recently there was a careers fair thing at my school and I wanting to do engineering when I'm older went to one of the engineering tables. There were about 10 pupils myself included listening to the guy talk and then he goes on to say one of his key points: "positive discrimination" against girls, that they are more likely to hire a female if both a female and male applied for the job with the same qualifications etc. So they are actively refusing men work because of their gender? WTF??
