This is a book I have picked up at the conference last week for Men and families. I suggest people read it. This book along with the boy crisis have really painted a disturbing but accurate picture of what our societies have become. I am a bit ashamed to admit that I was one of these kids who the education system failed, and grew up fatherless and am now 27 trying to pick up the pieces somehow. I hope it’s not too late. I hope more people and particularly parents read this and act begin to enact change to our system so that the next generation of boys can flourish and won’t have to deal with any of the systemic disadvantages that I did.
