ugh, great. Sounds like negligent parenting. Here are 4 things to try, in order:

Try talking to your mother. Point out that you don't know these videos. Show her a hateful feminist video your sister probably never watched. Point out that she's being a bad parent.
Try talking to your father. Cite examples of ostracism. Ask him to intercede on your behalf.
Email (separately but at the same time) your father's parents and your mother's parents and siblings. Explain that your mother is neglecting you because your sister has spread lies because she's into some man-hating internet thing. Tell them you've tried talking to both your parents about the issue. Cite examples of neglect. Ask them to speak to your mother for you.
Speak to your school guidance counselor.

Give each step several days to have an effect.

Nah. You wanted to join a gender specific group of individuals working on equality and understanding of issues that effect your gender.

You just wanted to truly understand how they feel by experiencing the closest analog you could think of.

Female? Feminism (equality type promoting social equality). Male? Mens rights (working as a support group to discuss inequalities).

Tell her about Erin Pizzey. Tell your mom that you want to talk to her about the woman who opened the first women's shelter in the UK and then work the conversation into how feminists not only ostracised her for wanting to speak out about women coming to her shelter being violent and needing help to treat their violent tendencies, the bomb threats and the family dog that was killed because the feminists couldn't get to her. Tell your mom about how she had to be exiled from her country to escape the feminist death threats and is now an editor on A Voice For Men, advocating for human rights of men.

Once you get your foot in the door (hopefully), try some manwomanmyth youtube videos. Then for icing on the cake, show her the agent orange files here so she can see what radical feminists like your sister are all about.
