I routinely hear or read comments from MRA's and feminists (of the non-new age variety) alike that true egalitarianism is the way to go.

I say, whatever. The problem is equality in-it-of-itself is not necessarily good.

I just got done reading through a thread about this guy's doctor requiring his wife's permission to get a vasectomy. I can't believe reading some of the dismissive comments along the lines of "Well, it works in reverse when a woman get's her tubes tied, so meh whatever."

I know I'm making this out to be more than what it is... But seriously, is there no better way to scope or define what we're advocating here?
