It helps with female acquaintances like 5%. 95% of likes on the statuses are het women and gay men. Occasionally a het male friend DMs me a complaint. Im not sure why gay male friends like the statuses unless they are also being political to raise their standing.

I've only been doing it for a few months now. Afaik from experience it seems like it makes female acquaintance more friendly, which has gotten me more house party invites. By extension has helped with me hooking up with their friends. I think, it makes those specific women feel more comfortable?

For the record folks, i'm currently accused of DV, so yall should definitely ignore the image people portray of themself on social media like fb and reddit. I do agree with some feminism points and it started off as sharing those and gradually i noticed i get more positive feedback for profemale antimale memes. It does sadden me slightly to post variation of "all men are bad' statuses, but the additional house party invites offsets that. Not not sure why female friends have more house party invites, but you and me probably have the same guess.

This is definitely part of the reason various groups have been oppressed. Ex uncle toms. But if you need a social standing boost, could be something to consider doing. It does seem to get het female acquaintances irl to vent about men, usually exbfs but sometimes men in general. One gay male acquaintance started being friendlier irl and same thing with him; him complaining about exbfs or men in general. So gotta be able to empathize and say active listening statements otherwise prob wont help social standing.
