The average sentence one is way too vague, the other statistics show a clear pattern but there's not enough info given on the average sentencing. It doesn't say if this is the average of ALL convictions or just one convictions, it doesn't tell us anything about prior convictions, or if men commit different crimes than women.

The rest is good, just that last one not so much.

Instead of the average sentencing one you would be better off to have something on sentencing disparity taking account of type of crime. For instance...

This paper assesses gender disparities in federal criminal cases. It finds large gender gaps favoring women throughout the sentence length distribution (averaging over 60%), conditional on arrest offense, criminal history, and other pre-charge observables.

I love scientific hard evidence like this. Facts that show how this isn't fair and equal, that things need to change. Women always want equality only in beneficial areas.

I don't disagree with the numbers, but I think the graph has some poor examples. The mentioned professions are known to be male dominated, so it makes sense they are hurt or killed more in those positions. It's like flipping the jobs to female dominated positions and women having an outcry they are hurt more or suffer more in those professions. It'd be a better example to pick more even fields where the population isn't already skewed in a certain direction in terms of gender.
