I find it strange how little this is discussed in this sub. It's easily the biggest issue of sexism against men.

Legally removing parts of men's sex organs from them without their consent, when the weakest form of FGM is illegal and less destructive biologically.

Its fucking disgusting.

My father was circumcised, I was not. But the only reason is because i was born in a shady hospital and they wanted to charge my parents money they didn't have at the time. I was very close to "being like him"...My girlfriend's younger brother was not circumcised either, but his father was. and the only reason he wasn't was because his mom did research on it and refused to have it done to him.

Flash back to about three days ago, because this poor kid doesn't have any male relatives he can talk to about being uncircumcised, because all of them are, I was asked by his sister to talk to him about it. He's 13 and had no idea about stretching or washing underneath the skin. I just feel bad because neither his dad nor his sister/mom had any idea on how to talk to him about it. I had the same problem.

banning this barbaric tradition at infancy needs to be a fucking priority and let these guys decide, when they become old enough, if they want to have it done or not. likewise, men need to start speaking up about it so kids who arn't circumcised know that they arn't freaks in their family of circumcised adults.

SJW's still complain that breast augmentation and other cosmetic surgeries are oppressive to women and still seem to gloss over the fact that mutilating an infant's genitals without his consent might not actually be a good thing.
