How exactly are female conscripts going to be of any use when even professional female soldiers are subpar? Instead of trying to socially engineer the military (and failing) maybe we should accept that men and women are different.

Male only conscription is discriminatory. However, let's not kid ourselves, the percentage of women that can become capable soldiers is a low 0.0X%. A unisex compulsory service would not only be costly, but also make it worse for men, as they would have to do even more work to assist women. At the same time you can't really ban conscription in small countries like Austria or Baltic and Scandinavian countries, because they do not have a big enough talent pool to ensure a viable volunteer army.
Imo, offering conscripts adequate pay by taxing women for their privilege of not serving and barring women from holding military careers would be the only viable solution. Most people are probably going to disagree, but any other solution is just wishful thinking.
Unisex conscription = disaster
Volunteer army = not viable for small countries
Conscription abolition = won't last

How do you explain the complete lack of women in racing competitions? Only women who are sponsored compete and are usually terrible.

Correct. War needs fewer, more capable soldiers, not cannon fodder. This essentially eliminates any women from "just shooting a gun".
