Surely contemporary feminists can share their umbrella with conservative feminists to advocate for the “classical” tenets of feminism in a unified, invested effort towards gender equality, while permitting elbow room for ideological diversity.

Ha. Surely not! Naive conservative feminist doesn't realize that leftist feminism is a totalitarian movement. All ideological diversity will be crushed.

Conservative feminism strengthens the weaknesses of conservatism and the weaknesses of feminism; it allows women to have their cake and eat it too.

My experience with self described conservative feminists is that they want all the benefits of equality while maintaining the privileges of traditional womanhood. For example, it's the conservative feminists who are protesting the draft for women.

pro-choice, reject the reality of innate or biologically based gender differences or the concept of human nature, condemn traditional relationships and family dynamics, and subscribe to specific avenues for achieving gender equality and justice.

Soooooo..... the only difference between Feminism and "egalitarian MRA" is the specific avenues?

While I might not agree with some of the claims ("as women have been forced to do in the past"), the overall gist is that conservative feminism wants to work by changing the IS of how women are (defining realistic goals for women) rather than attempting to ram the Ought down everyone's throats.
