The issue isn't that we a woman do something bad and go to jail for it. The issue is that we see a woman do something bad and go to to jail for maybe two years for it, when we see a man earlier do the exact same thing and get 15-20.

Criminal punishment discrimination: That's a men's rights issue.

The idea behind the stories of female murderers, rapists, etc is to contradict the stereotype that only men commit these crimes. It also often serves the purpose of showing that women recieve disproportionately less punishment and that people tend to try to make up excuses for female crimes.

Admittedly some of it is a stretch, and comments often reflect that. Still, there is almost always a some link to an underpinning of social inequality or traditional gender roles.

There is a lot of what you're describing, but also efforts by many of the more active users to cut down on that and have some things moved to r/MensRants

The lego thing was due to pedo hysteria and is a MR issue. If it was an older female she would have unlikely to been refused entry to the park. The horrible things are either our members being dumb oh some random lady did something terrible... who cares? That sort of thing happens. Or it is pointing out double standards in sentencing or in how the media treats the female compared to similar stories with a male which we consider a double standard.

Women get ligher and shorter sentences than men for roughly(I say roughly because no single crime is exactly the same as the next) the same crimes.

Like oh man not allowed to go into Legoland.

Injustice and discrimination is still injustice and discrimination, no matter how small or big.

In the case of this hypothetical legoland, thats just one more place a father can't take his kids, why, because he's a father, and not a mother.
