I am experiencing a very tough atmosphere in my work place because of my gender.... I could go into detail about the ethical violations, blatant discrimination, and self contradictory statements. Is there any recourse for a man in this situation? Corporate ethics? Consulting attorney? Or is it just something we must just take. I’m an executive at a major company in Florida if that helps. I fear this is going to end with me losing my job.
