I was gonna write a supposedly witty reply, like "I do" but then I read what you actually wrote above.

You should just start a blog. Break down roughly what you want to say into little bits, then take each bit at a time. Maybe write one post a week and don't think so much about it that you never get anything done. You can always refine your ideas as you go along. Hopefully you'll get commenters who'll give you ideas, show inconsistencies in your thoughts, etc anyways.
