All for men's rights. My B/F lives with me. We're in a vicious cycle of physical violence. Most recently I lost it and repeatedly slammed his arm in door after hours of being screamed at and told I was a "liar" for saying he damn well near suffocated me the other day. Another time I got in his face, he shoved me so hard I fell on ground and fractured my shoulder. He took phone off me so I could not call pambulance. Had to go outside use public phone- a couple who live next door saw me trying to get ambulance, and now they give him dirty looks whenever they see him... He blames me. I feel dreadful about his arm but he's in denial about his own anger. And he' s literally twice my size. I need to not hit him and control my anger, of course, but honestly I think it's appropriate for him to be mindful of his superior strength and not use it to bully me. And he needs to own his own violence, without caveats to the effect that I'm really to blame.
