I am a longtime Wikipedia editor and administrator on one of the european Wikipedias, but I hardly ever edit Wikipedia these days.

There is no conspiracy to withold information on Wikipedia, just nobody is willing to put in the time and effort to change the article on wikipedia. Apparently everybody is waiting for someone else to do it.

The only thing worse than doing nothing is "drive by editing". To change controversial articles on Wikipedia, you must take the time to know the rules of Wikipedia and understand how it works.

Wikipedia is a meritocracy and Wikipedia editors who have been on Wikipedia longer and have edited more articles have higher credibility when they are involved in a conflict with a new editor, other editors will often take the more expierienced editor's side.

Gain wikipedia experience before editing controversial Wikipedia articles. There will be no Blitzkrieg here just a long, brutal trench warfare for every citation and comma so prepare accordingly.

Male Suicides are 78% of the suicides almost 4 males are committing suicide per one female.

If men were seen as victims then Feminists would not be able to have women always be the victim. They say that since men make up 78% of suicides, they state that more women attempt it (as a cry for help) so they are the victims.

Be bold is a Wikipedia policy. It means change the article yourself. Just be sure that you are not making any new arguments or claims in your edits, they will tend to remove them unless the facts you are citing have sources. This is especially true for controversial MR claims.

I'm tempted to believe that someone is intentionally holding back this crucial information. I do realize that Wikipedia is a bit bias in favor of feminism, but the stat of men, (being the majority demographic to commit suicide), should be at the forefront of suicide trends by demographic.
