OK lets review again. Male pay as a share of productivity halted in the mid 1970's falling from 63% of output to 40%, while female pay continued constantly at a rate of 35% of average full time output.

The argument goes like this:

women make roughly half the graduates

Women go work in their chosen fields.

Women on average earn less (hidden reason women are less likely to be in a leadership/management role)

You say that they don't get paid same because of different job positions? But men and women should be the same, preferring men over women for positions of high pay is sexist.

Your project can clear some misconceptions but. There is no way of convincing the people who insist on patriarchy theory.

I think you need to establish the definition of every word in the phrase "equal pay for equal work". As you already know, feminists twist words to suit their purposes.

"Equal work" does not mean same job, same responsibilities, same hours. So now it becomes "work of equal value" instead of "equal work". This kind of slimey, gender studies approach to linguistics need to be challenged first before you can make any headway in identifying any discrimination against men. Otherwise you'll forever be fighting the claims that it is fair that men get paid less or receive less benefits or that men should get paid the same as women because they're doing "work of equal value".

"Equal pay" belies the fundamental Marxist pressure within Feminism. Marxism doesn't function in real life as it's a perverse incentive for everybody to do as little as possible.

It also means that the situation will never be satisfactory, giving a position to bitch about that cannot be resolved to their satisfaction, so they get to keep bitching endlessly.

You're going a bit too right-wing "We shouldn't have to pay to support people we don't want to support" for my taste. Overall, yes, there's a problem somewhere. But you have to evaluate why. The gender gap probably comes from other gender gaps. The fact that women live longer (i.e. collect SS longer) and the fact women are more likely to receive custody in a custody dispute are two of them. It's not like the government goes "You're male, you don't get benefits. You're female, you get them." The commment: "Which means money from your pocket is going to support women that you'd never want to willingly support," is completely idiotic. People pay into social security. More women than men make it to retirement age. More women are single parents so more women than men are eligible to claim benefits. Yes, there are reasons these are kinda wrong. There shouldn't be as much of a gap. But you're really going to say that people don't want to "support" those who paid into Social Security? You're really saying people don't want to support the children who don't get a choice in the fact their parent is a single mother? You're an idiot if you truly believe that.
