I know a girl who is pissed because they won't hire her for roustabout. The company doesn't think it's a good idea to have one female in a crew of men who go awhile without seeing one. Especially on isolated job sites.

I am outraged, currently applying for a job at a company that id's its vacancies by gender (m/f). The company strives for equality, guess which letter misses for a lot of them.... Gender based discrimination isn't when its anti-man..
