I'm surprised that the current administration hasn't pushed for this kind of law.

I'll add that the judge Serrano who appears in the video is one of the most critic voices against the unfair deals that men are getting in court constantly and he was fired. He's also unable to be a judge for 10 years as a penalty for changing the visit schedule for a kid of divorced parents so the kid could attend the Semana Santa (it was his error though). In comparison, a judge that accepted bribes to change the verdict was only banned for a year and a half. They really found a way to get him out of the way.

The mother of the kid who sued the judge used documents that legally were not in her possession, therefore the entire trial should have been annulled.

Spanish feminists, the ones in power, are total parasites, wasting a lot of money on useless studies and propaganda. This is the Spanish law of Domestic Violence :

Introduction :

Gender violence is not a problem that only affects private life. On the contrary, appears as the most brutal symbol of the inequality in our society. It is a violence that is directed against women by the very fact of being women, to be considered by their attackers, lacking the most basic rights of freedom, respect and decision making.

Article 1 :

This Act aims to act against violence as a manifestation of discrimination, inequality and power relations of men over women is exercised over them by those who are or have been a spouse or who are or have been linked to them by similar affective relations, without cohabitation.

By this Act comprehensive protection measures which aim to prevent, punish and eradicate such violence and assist its victims down.
Gender violence referred to in this Act includes any act of physical and psychological violence, including sexual assaults on freedom, threats, coercion or arbitrary deprivation of liberty.

As you can see, domestic violence is something that only happens in one direction and men abuse women just because they are women. Women are entitled to legal, social, economical and emotional help with this law (which is great, but battered men can't access to this), but they benefit from this just for reporting it to the police, it doesn't have to be proven true.

An important amount of the Spanish population is totally unaware that men can be victims of sexual and physical abuse by women. Thanks, (Spanish)feminism.
