He was charged with numerous offences including indecent assault and put behind bars after being refused bail.

But [he] always claimed he was innocent and on May 6 the charges against him were thrown out in court after Gray admitted to making it all up.

Gray was charged with contempt of court, fabricating evidence and lying to police.

[He] lost his job and his marriage, and 7NEWS has learned he now plans to demand the police pay his legal bills, and is suing his lying accuser for up to $1 million.

Guilty plea

In court on Wednesday, Gray entered a plea of guilty.

Gray had told investigators she "lied because I didn't want to get into trouble", the court heard.

Unfortunately staying away from women should be a law

Edit:Don't see why I was downvoted. Literally all women have the capacity to do it. After reading this the less I get is that I shouldn't help women.
