It's unconscionable.
Generally speaking, the 302 guys who were released probably didn't had sex with their accusers at the time of the alleged crime, and were exonerated because their DNA was not a match.
Care to guess how many guys are currently in prison falsely convicted of rape, where the guy actually did have sex with the woman in question, only the sex was not rape?
Most of those guys probably will never see the light of day.
Sick.
It kind of boggles the mind.
I sincerely hope in those cases where the accuser knew that the man was falsely accused, those accusers are either criminally charged or sued. Seems not to be what is allowed at the current time. That needs to change.
