Hello my name is Christopher Allen Barton and I wanted to reach out to you, as native to Maryland and Cecil County, an American Patriot and Veteran, and mainly as a grieving father. While I was out of the state of Maryland stationed at Fort Richardson, Alaska and later discharged and moving to Texas, the mother of my children had always made it hard to see my daughters and later lost custody to the state of Maryland due to drugs and neglect/endangerment. Well the state or the mother never contacted me about what was going on and I had learned of the situation through public records when I was trying to find the mother to see my little girls. At that point I dropped everything I had going on out in Texas to be back here in Maryland to get my little angels back where they belong. However the courts here in Elkton have stood in my path in every way possible and they refuse me service promised to me by the state. Even now they have restricted my visitation with my daughters from every other Sunday to once a month, now I find this as an appalling and grievous injustice to myself and my daughters. I hope that someone within our publicly elected officials will be willing to stand up for me and my rights as an american, a veteran, and a loving father. This all comes down to a lazy cps case official, an angry judge, and an outdated inhuman dss attorney.
