Although her whole premise is pretty much bullshit you can easily turn this against her:

Since men are universally more capable in any field except childbirth just agree with her and state that men are basically considered enhanced human beings in comparison to women (like humans 2.0). Bigger, stronger, faster, more intelligent, inventive and with much more practically designed genital organs (less infections, no bloody monthly cleaning cycle)

Let's see how she reacts to this. She'll be fuming. ;-)

Well it's kinda true. As I understand it, male characteristics kick in later on in development. That's why men have nipples.

But it doesn't matter. Men are human beings as much as women are.

I mean you could argue that the default skin colour is dark and white skin is a mutation.

If she is arguing that women are better because they are non-mutants, ask her about women with genetic disorders, are they also inferior?

It really depends on your definition of "sex." Do you mean chromosomal or phenotypical?

A newly formed human's chromosomal gender is decided at conception. So there isn't a default gender at all by that definition.

Phenotypically, both genders develop to a certain point identically in the womb. After that point, the Y chromosome kicks in and certain changes take place if it does, and other changes take place if it doesn't.

So again, you really have to ask what do you mean by "default." One could certainly argue that since in the absence of the Y chromosome the baby will develop to be female that female is default, but I take issue with that. For one, chromosomal gender has long since been decided by this point, and for two, both genders are the same until this point. How can you argue that this makes one a default? The development proceeds the same way every time, and at a certain point it checks on the chromosomes to see what to do. It's a fork in the road, and the existing road is terminated. There is no default. Or you could say the phenotypic default is neither male nor female.

Further, even if there was does this somehow make men inferior to women? Does it make them less valuable or important? No. She's trying to use pseudoscience to justify her bigotry. Remember the last time that happened... So honestly, I would just point this out to her. And if she agrees that men are inferior, then you can claim she isn't a real feminist since she doesn't believe in the equality of men and women. Then I would never speak to her again unless she becomes more willing to think rationally.

I don't have a reference to give you but here is what I have heard. When the genitals are forming on a fetus they start out as a lump of cells. They then form into either male of female parts. People only say we start out as female because a lump of cells looks a lot closer to the external female configuration then the external male configuration.

I would personally just avoid discussions like that, because it leads to nothing. What's her point anyway? Even if it was true, so what? People always want to come up with some bullshit to show how much better they are than the other sex/race/country or whatever. Let her enjoy her superiority complex and save your energy, because logic and evidence won't change her mind.

It's true in the sense of neoteny. Similarly, our default shape is fish or monkey - and humans are a departure from this.

Well, it is true. But if she really wants to go down this road you might want to mention that it is also true that the chaff is weeded out far more thoroughly and ruthlessly from the men than from the women, starting at the moment of conception, because the single Y chromosome if far less tolerant of any disadvantageous aberrations.

The higher selective pressure on men starts in womb, and doesn't get any less throughout life for them.
