Well, the obvious answer is because then their 'main' account would get banned from many of the feminist communities that dictates that if you post in this sub it means you must be a misogynistic incel loser or if you are a woman a 'pick me'

Not only that but its so easy to create a new account, post rage bait to farm quotes they can use to say "See! it is an incel sub!"

There are far more people than just feminists that seem to want to mock the mens rights movement. Most people in society seem to hold the mens rights movement in very low regard.

A feminist is essentially a woman; a man cannot be a feminist in contemporary ideology, but an ally to such a movement.

The woman who has that restlessness for extrapolating the debate to her comfort zone and raising the intellectual level of things she doesn't know is an Outsider; Don't get me wrong, I'm not calling women stupid, but rather the reigning constant is that Confronting ideological antagonisms in such a belligerent way in other people's spaces is typical of men.

Reddit in the end is a larp-show clownfest; even more of "women-new-accounts" in spaces of certain conflict for according to what interests. I do not deny that there are no women, nor do I deny that there are women who extrapolate their daily lives to break the fourth wall of their lives, but specifically, of this type of throwaways, they are larpers or someone who plays to get screenshots of any debate to hit their chest in any subreddit.
