Just pointing out, that in the English language, the word man or mankind can be used as a unisex term. It's similar in other languages too. A group of girls in Spanish is referred to as "ellas," but the moment any boys join the group, it becomes "ellos," which is also the term for a group of boys.

This sign was not being exclusive. It's just a case of some feminist misinterpretting the meaning of the word "men" in this case. It meant "people," not "not women."

Just to say I didn't write this. I got on the train and saw it. Very simple message. The future doesn't need good men. It needs good men and women.
