I think this relates to the idea that men work more ane are hated for the fact we make more money than women even though it's their own fault. Plus a little joke thrown in never hurt anyone.

because it gives them justification to call r/mensrights "incel haven" or "neckbeards united" when such content is upvoted and hosted here. We have actual points we can press and need to so i dont see the point of "lolz women dumb" having to be stated even as a meme.

Worth noting that when men work the same number of hours, they get paid less. Companies also offer higher maternity leave pay than they are required to in order to compete for women employees, but leave men employees with the mandatory minimum offer.
