I couldn't even finish it. I listened to every TED podcast for years, but had to give it up because the content seemed to lose any semblance of significance.

I was expecting something much worse when I clicked on the link. Actually, I don't think it's particularly bad advice - he's just saying "Don't be too aggressive, and don't be too submissive. Follow a middle path".

The delivery is a bit crude, but maybe the message will get through to some people who need it?
