So I live in Indiana in the US and I have a friend of mine who has a 3 year old son. His exgirlfriend (they were never married) is planning on getting a house with her boyfriend and then quitting her job, get full custody, and get child support from him. They just split custody at the moment but it's a mutual agreement, they have not been to court, but will probably be soon. My friend loves his son dearly. His ex has used his son as a weapon against him ever since they split up.

He isn't sure what to do about the situation. I recommend lawyering up (Indiana is thankfully a better state for fathers rights lawyers) but he worried about being able to afford it. Im an MRA but I don't have a lot of resources to help him in this issue.

I'm going to keep looking into it on my own but I know this group is an amazing resource. Any advice or help would be appreciated. (I know this is a new account I usually just read not post but I made one just to ask!)
