First of all men do not have as many rights as women. Men do not have the right not to be conscripted, in the many countries that still do so, nor not to register for the draft. Men have less reproductive rights, they cannot choose whether to be a parent independent of a woman's choices, but can be obligated by force of law to pay for a child for many years that they may not want. Women can give a child up after birth with no further obligation. There is more. Men do not have the same rights to parental leave, paid or unpaid as women, even allowing for additional leave for women to deal with pregnancy, birth and nursing a newborn. There are legally sanctioned grants, job preferences and sanctions on employment and education exclusively for women, with no equivalent opportunities for men.

Next, even given other laws that are gender neutral there is much socially and systemic sanctioned discrimination against men. The clearest examples are in the harsher punishment of men and the failure to address educational disadvantages faced by boys in school and universities, homelessness and less access to health care.

Men face discrimination in a lot of ways. Family court, empathy, financial burdens, homelessness support, addiction support, domestic violence support. All huge issues that should be brought brought light to help raise the quality of life for everyone.

But there's also a lot of posts just whining about feminism too.

How are they subjected to violence, harassment, rape?

While many women are violent to men directly (the VAWA directs police to arrest male DV victims of females) most female violence is by proxy, they hire someone or call the police and lie that they were abused or raped. And women can and do harass with impunity, very few companies will take a harassment complaint by a man seriously, they often fire the man on such a complaint. As for rape, if a woman rapes a man (and the stats show that women do so about as often as men) then she can and often does tell the police that he raped her. If a woman rapes a man (or even a 12yo boy) and gets pregnant, that man or boy will still be held responsible for child support, punishing male victims of women is the norm.
