I know this isnt a place to find friends necessarily but this has to do with Men in general and I'll call it Male loneliness.

I'm 30 never been married, no kids, havent had a gf in 10 years. I'm average looking, 5'6 130 lbs. I currently am not working and about to go to jail. afterwards I'd like to go back vagabonding.

I'm not really looking for a GF. was for a long time and I certainly dont want to be alone 4ever. I'd love to have a GF/wife and family someday. I realize that I have to make myself look like I can support a wife and kids before I can get someone else to want them with me. anyways I'm looking for female friends/companions at the current moment.

So when I was looking for a GF and was working and supporting myself I'd got maybe 3 or 4 first dates, never a second, a couple almost dates with her always not showing up or ghosting me. I used to get so pissed that I'd send terrible msgs til they blocked me of course and rightfully so. toxic is toxic.

now that I'm just looking for friends that women arent interested in being friends. I say hi, i make the conversation keep going and bam no more msgs. 2 or 3 days later i say hi and same thing happens. I'm aware that i was made to keep the conversation going with possible gfs too but hey I'm just trying to have a conversation, maybe say how I'm feeling but it never gets to the point of ever being able to say how I'm feeling. or they ask how I am I tell usually in long paragraphs and the boom, no response. I ask how they are and it's a one word response.

Like I said I've made mistakes, I'm clingy, I'm lonely, I was abused terribly by my father, molested by my older sisters, I have problems and I can take responsibility for knowing that people just arent interested in hearing other peoples problems.

it hurts knowing that almost every woman has multiple men and women who are willing to hear them and care about their issues.. even the most mentally unstable women have 5 or 10 guys willing to hear their shit. I'm not perfect, I dont expect a 10 or an 8 or even a 4 to want to be my friend.
