I've been separated from my spouse for about a week now. The RO took effect yesterday so I have full custody at least until the RO hearing.

I initially thought that with the move out order my spouse was going to go back to living with their parents who are local. Because the protective order also keeps my spouse away from the children they have opted not to stay with their parents so that their family could continue to see the kids while they cannot.

My in laws have always played a considerable role in childcare.. one of my children stays with them 2 days a week and the other one goes to to physical therapy with a family member who who actually specializes, and therefore coordinates with the child's therapist.

My question is at the RO hearing and subsequent divorce hearing, is my continued reliance on them going to look negative or could a justification of keeping the children's routines work in my favor?
