How effective are they and how are they usually written? Can you force the other spouse to pay you a fee for breaking the clause in the event of divorce? For example, if I had an infidelity clause in a prenup dictating a 100k payout to the betrayed spouse from the unfaithful spouse over the course of 10 years, would it hold up in court and be enforced?
