She belongs on there because she is a violent shrew and there is video proof. If a woman is going to attack a man in public like this, imagine how violent she must be towards her partners.

Being filmed against your will (not a crime) doesn't suddenly make it acceptable to attack the person filming you.

Had she not reacted, there wouldn't have been a reason to put it on the web.

It is absolutely ok to list her there. It's a showcase example of feminist hypocrisy and corruption. If it were just some random woman hitting a man caught on film, then I'd say no. That would dilute the purple of it. But here you have someone who actually affects policy changes caught out. Someone who is a prominent member of the largest feminist organization in the US.

The more people like Daddy Justice who film and document this kind of thing, the better.

I would like to see Register-Her.com used for more serious issues. What she did was wrong and hypocritical, but if we water RH.com down with minor attacks like that, it may end up taking away from the starkness and horror of the really serious crimes of people that are listed. Daddy Justice wasn't seriously harmed, as far as I can tell he was just whacked a few times - it is an assault, and it is being dealt with by the courts, which is appropriate.
