Fast forward to today. she basically Is refusing to allow me to see my son. there is no custody order in place but child support is established. I have been paying her faithfully though the state ors office. every time I contact her to see him she gives me another lame excuse as to why I cant see him. It blows up and turns into a huge fight every time I talk to her. so this last week I found out they were in a car accident and she is in surgical icu. my son was in the car but he is ok. she never informed me of any of this. she wont tell me who has my son, I have no Idea where he is or who is taking care of him while shes drugged up in the hospital. we have tried legal recourse and set up mediation to work out custody. she refused to participate in mediation and her lawyer refuses to respond to any request my lawyer sends. I am just tired of these games shes playing. on top of that she is verbally attacking my wife and my family. so where do I go from here? what kind of actions can I take to gain custody of my son? I am a loving father with a loving and caring wife. we just had a beautiful baby girl almost 4 months ago. I'm stable, I have a good job, a nice house, 3 cars but I'm really missing time with my son. thanks for listening and here is an adorable pic of my daughter
