My country :) The judge said, that women are still opressed, because the CEOs are mostly men. Also work women more often in unpayed jobs in the care sector. Which means they stay at home with the kids. You cant make that shit up. Unpayed jobs in the care sector.

Verfassungsrechtlich ist nicht klar vorgegeben, wer solche Posten übernehmen darf. Das Grundgesetz will beides: Einerseits darf niemand wegen seines Geschlechtes benachteiligt oder bevorzugt werden, andererseits soll der Staat "die tatsächliche Durchsetzung der Gleichberechtigung von Frauen und Männern" fördern. So lange Frauen also unterrepräsentiert und benachteiligt sind, sind auch einseitig korrigierende Maßnahmen vom Recht abgedeckt. Dies hat das LVerfG in Greifswald nun bestätigt.

In terms of constitutional law it is not clearly defined/predetermined, who may occupy such positions. The Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany wants both: On one hand nobody may be disadvantaged or prefered because of his sex, on the other hand the state should promote "the factual enforcement of equal rights between women and men". As long as women are underrepresented or disadvantaged, those corrective measures are covered by the law. This was now confirmed by the [Landesverfassungsgericht-constitutional court]LVerfG in Greifswald.
