It's fucking insane. The worst part is that so many men support this sort of behavior. How does that benefit them? How does that benefit our gender?

I don't care if a guy is the worst person on earth, I still have more in common with him then any woman.

It's like Jews during the Holocaust thinking they're one of the good ones. Guess what? That doesn't matter. If people want to eradicate Jews, they aren't going to help you because you're "One of the good ones."

Feminists claim that most rapists do not get convicted. They ignore that men can get convicted of rape with no evidence--just the woman's testimonty.

However, when there is proof that the woman made a false accusation--she admits it, she is rarely prosecuted. So with no evidence, men get convicted of rape; with evidence women do not even get prosecuted.

So the threshold to convict a man of rape is already lower than the threshold to charge a woman with making a false accusation. it is already biased in favor of women.

Every single person on twitter is saying he raped 20+ women but im not seeing any stories. There is just one tiktok video of some mixed snapchat stories and texts and it is like 6 seconds. Even the guy's photo looks like a stock photo.

If this is not a prank tho, ppl really gotta shut up so we can get victims' stories. Because honestly I havent been seeing any. All I see is "he raped 20+ women. Get this man in jail". Like who did he rape, where are they. I wanna hear from them.

If it gets to court in the US, Canada or UK rest assured there is a burden of proof put on the accuser, not the defendant.

Getting your named schmeared or getting kicked out of school is where reform needs to happen.

i’d rather believe a liar , than a rapist. doesn’t sound like you know much either. and if you’re first response is to use stories of woman rapists to discredit the woman who have come forward who you don’t believe , than that shows the human being you are. you’d rather say these woman are liars just because you believe men get discriminated in court in rape cases? when 2% of rape cases in the US are actually won , when most victims are scared to come forward because of slut shame, victim blaming, and mass prosecution? why are you so quick to defend a guy you don’t even know? when in truth you know nothing of this matter. this is just another form of toxic masculinity to defend men because you don’t want to believe rape or rape culture exists. especially on a college campuses. the likely hood that most of these woman have been told by campus security to make a report that will never be filed due to a school wanting to keep its reputation is very high. and if they are told one time they shouldn’t be believed or cared about , why would they report to the police? it’s not an easy thing to go to trial being a rape victim. everything you’ve said just proves rape is a men’s issue, and that if you as a man don’t think all rape victims deserve justice then you are the problem.

It’s also pretty sketchy from some of the stories. 2 of the people don’t even live in the U.S. and like 14 others live out of his state. hi there! as a victim of rape myself, i reported my situation to my school and the school reported it to the police. despite this, my case was never revisited and nobody in authority ever followed up with me. it took me just over 3 1/2 years to tell my parents what had happened to me. The victims were most likely terrified to tell anybody what jaxon lister had done to them, let alone the school or police. the internet is more likely to listen and help than the police are in situations like this. when the authorities won’t listen to you talk, you scream. you scream in large numbers and groups of support. i’m sorry you see this uproar as unjust, and i’m sorry you believe this is sexist towards men. but as difficult as it would be to rape 20-30 girls without a single one going to the police, it’s even more difficult to be in the shoes of one of those girls.

Bringing into account the amount of rapes that are both reported and not reported, only 0.05% of rapes are ever falsely reported. That 40% statistic does not just include people proven to be lying, but also cases of people recanting due to fear of retaliation and cases that simply couldn’t be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. I understand you may be afraid of being falsely accused, but I’m afraid of being RAPED again. You think a false accusation can ruin your life? Imagine being so horribly violated and then only getting justice 6% of the time that you report.
