Men don't have any legal safeguard against false cases of dowry , rape charges , sexual harrasment, stalking and what not on a false charge of any of these men get arrested first and then later on matter goes to the court. It's a scary situation and Atul Subhash was one of the many victims of such injustice and Women are innocent until proven guilty but men are guilty until proven innocent what kind of justice is this ? The government, the media and the judiciary all are responsible for this state on men in our country (India) . The feminist approach that women are always victim of such crime needs to change and for that men need to unite and fight against such propoganda
