Hey, first of all thank's for not being aggressive about the issue like many are, and taking the time to ask. At a glance, some of the issues that we address include:

False rape accusations
Child Custody inequality
Child support inequality
Masculinity gender roles
The fact that men get raped too, often by woman (although not always)
Domestic assault claims, both when the male is the victim, but also when male is accused but innocent and ends up loosing his entire life. House, property, job, reputation even without a conviction. Often due to unjust laws and social pressure.
The fact that feminism tends to be about woman's power, and the idea that woman are somehow "always oppressed", while the MRM is more so about gender equality.
Other things as well, but that's off the top of my head.

Men are discriminated against constantly in the eyes of the law, especially in relation to women. There is a massive bias towards the problems of women culturally, and this has affected government policies for as long as governments existed. The Men's Rights Movement seeks legal justice first and foremost. If you want examples of legal discrimination of males, look at incarceration rates, the disparity between the sentencing of men and women, the obvious bias of family courts in favor of women and against men, a lack of male parental rights, and the almost complete dismissal and disregard of male-only problems (from medical problems to safety issues). There are social justice issues that many feel worthy of discussion as well, such as everyday de facto discriminatory attitudes towards male-only spaces and open discussion of male self esteem issues and other such topics. Also, feminist propaganda and common falsehoods invented and spread by feminism, such as the wage gap, are commonly discussed by Men's Rights Activists.
