It's a fair assessment of the focus, though. The MRM does not advocate on behalf of women, so there's no use pretending. The reason that feminism is often lambasted by MRAs is not because they only advance the causes of women, it's that they don't do anything for/harm men while claiming to the exclusion of all other groups that they're handling men's issues too.

The difference is, we don't claim "Men's Right's helps women," as feminists claim "feminism helps men."

It doesn't. We know that. We admit that. It's not on our agenda here. We have no interest in not helping women, or even worse, hindering help for women by others. But we are not here, in this sub, acting as MRA's to help women. When we want to help women we do it elsewhere. We don't lie and try to convince ourselves and others that we're about things we're not. When I support women's rights, that's not men's rights advocacy. When I support men's rights, it's not women's right's advocacy.

I care about woodworking. I care about men's rights. I don't talk about men's rights in /r/woodworking and I don't claim that woodworking supports men's rights.

The name defines it as separate, as it should.

It does not seem to imply you only care about men.

You can add the qualifier that you are also a womens rights activist/advocate if you like - it reminds people you aren't an asshole who only cares about yourself.
