My ex and I have decided that we do not want to go through the court and a judge to set up child support and that we would do it privately between the two of us.

I make a little over 60k a year. She makes 30. She wants my car which is worth about 15k so that she has a safe vehicle for our daughter. I'm still making payments on it, but she said she would not seek any more support besides buying clothes and schooling for our child until it is payed off. I took a 7 year loan on this when I was making less money and have about 6 years left of payments. How badly can this bite me in the ass in the future, should I get something in writing from my lawyer?

It is also agreed that since I work a lot, I still will have joint custody even though she will have the daughter most often. I will get her when I am home,however. I live in Wisconsin.
