You have two options. Get out now before you throw another decade away or try to make it work. Do the things you did at first. When’s the last time you complimented her? Brought her flowers? Courted her? Women need that. A good woman can be a wonderful thing but in my experience if you stop courting her you end up housemates and sooner or one or both of you end up bitter and here you are. It’s always work no matter how special she was. Personally I may try to get that special woman back but if she doesn’t reciprocate quickly I’d bail. A relationship only needs a few things to survive. The man needs respect and the woman needs love, romance, and in a lot of cases security.

It does not sounds like a healthy relationship. Maybe jumping ship can enable you to find someone better, or you can be alone and even worse.

As someone suggested, try talking to her. If she shows no understanding or consistent effort to work on relationship, keep your eyes opened.

Do what women do, make your complaints about the relationship in a questionable sarcastic manner, somewhat similar to nagging.

Pull away slowly, emotionally and physically.

Start entertaining new women, chat to the in the coffee shop & exchange instagrams.

Then when you feel like you’ve potentially got enough options, leave her. She’ll get blindsided and then you can explain all the ways you’ve communicated you’re unhappy & she’s not acted on them. Obviously she will deny that you’ve communicated and blame you. But that’s how women do it.

If she did not complain about getting married in like first 5 years at all, she does not care about this relationship, probably same as you. This sounds like being friends with benefits type of relationship.

there could be a number of issues at play here - medical reasons such as hormone imbalance, social reasons such as cheating, or there are issues that you are glossing over and not letting us know.

If it was cheating - there are ways to find out. If its medical reasons - then get a physical for both of you. Social issues - you could seek professional help.

There is a big chance of a break up, but been in a relathinship where you are not valued, will be terrible. So go straight to the point and ask her these questions.
