First off, "not all men" is a loaded argument implying "but most men". Correct them via " a small number of people".

The next would be asking the people implying silence is violence or as bad as the act, why they are complicity violent against men or causing men's suicides.

In the end it's just a bullshit polarisation to force people to conform to an ideological perspective under threat of ostracism.

They are trying to manipulate you.

You don’t need to defend yourself. Instead say something like “I am happy with my own moral standards and don’t appreciate people who try to shame me for other people’s faults”

Trying to argue "not all men" is futile, it's a kafkatrap.

An interesting response I saw a while back was "Women throw babies into dumpsters. Women should stop other women throwing babies into dumpsters"
Obviously, when they say "most women don't do that" it becomes "Not all women".

The only way to stop the spread of this kind of bullshit is to point out the logical flaw in the first place.

Can't you apply this to women more than men?

Like hell , there was a whole movement encourging women to speak up about their trauma.

I'm not saying we should demonise women not reporting crime as in most cases they have trauma however the idea that women report more cases or that men don't report cases of crime is founded in fallacy.

Both genders report crime at an equal rate , like if a woman witnessed a murder she'll report it likewise a man would do the same thing.

Furthermore how am I supposed to know what my friends do during the dark? Like hell your friend could be murderer and you wouldn't know.

I just really understand this sentiment as men aren't silent likewise women too.

It feels like people are applying a negative trait to a whole group of people , to be honest.

Men are already more often victimized than are females. Intervening to protect those who are already better off would only cause even more men to be victimised.

Our goal shouldn’t be to offset violence from females to men.
