A couple of weeks ago I got served with papers alleging paternity. The claim is dubious, however I still have to respond within 60 days or I face being ruled the father by default (great country). I'm really strapped for cash right now, so going to a lawyer is almost out of the question, and reading through

has made me believe that filing the motion to contest paternity pro-se is not out of the realm of possiblity, but I really have no idea where to begin on this stuff, and like I said, within the next 60 days I'm broke so I've gotta figure out how to do this on the cheap.

What do you guys think?
