Society does not want young men to have sex. More accurately, society doesn't want young women to have sex (there's all kinds of risks) so it doesn't want young men to have sex. Imagine a PE teacher giving a sex ed course, and actually telling 17 year old boys tips on how to sleep with 17 year old girls, in a way that would actually increase their chance of success. Yeah, nah, it's not gonna happen. Other than it just being weird and creepy, no school will want to explain why the teen pregnancy rate just went up.

Women don't win either, because it's often the rule breakers (the Chads, the dark triad types, the Brock Turners, the bad boys) who figure out that women actually do want sex and offer it to them. Women are not well served by this - a shortage of guys effectively in the dating pool means men have more power - look at any community with a lot more women than men (in the USA that would be many black communities due to males being disproportionately impacted by the justice system - I think that's what feminists call intersectionality).

Anyhoo, notice how I've couched the problem as being bad because it effects women? I just want it taken seriously. ;)
