My ex-wife, afraid of evidence that I had on her about being abusive towards my son and I, decided to preemptively strike first by getting her Dad to collaborate on a fake story about her "calling for help" and then him coming over to "rescue" her and walking in to me pushing her into a counter (and supposedly holding her there for 15 minutes).

She would use these lies to take advantage of me in our divorce. When I obtained the Police Body Cam footage and her phone records, I was absolutely certain I would walk away with no less than 50/50. Then, the judge acknowledged the phone records only to pretend I never presented them and he out right refused to look at the Body Cam Footage, simply taking my ex at her word. She had a lawyer, I did not.

I immediately requested the court audio in MP3 format, went through 6.5 years of messages and I'm now fighting back by making videos of every major lie she told in court, showing the evidence and the testimony that proves she (and her Dad) committed perjury over and over again.

My main goal or hope is that I can either get enough views on these to cause my ex to have to live in reality or that these will come across a lawyer who can help, pro bono.

Also, to other men who are struggling to get people to listen, keep talking. Keep sharing your story. Keep finding creative ways to get your stories out there. It can feel disheartening sometimes to have evidence that proves that YOU were the victim for people to basically ignore you, but you must keep fighting!
