Can we require alternate articles when they are paywalled?

The article requires a subscription to read, so my following points are based on the headline and where I think the article is going based on the opening sentences.

  1. Reversing Roe V Wade won’t make abortion illegal in the U.S. as many falsely claim it will. It will leave that matter to individual states. Those who feel abortion should be legal are free to lobby for that right in their individual state.

  2. This isn’t about whether abortion should be legal or illegal, it’s about whether the constitution allows the government to over rule state’s rights on this issue. That’s what Supreme Court must rule on.

  3. Whether abortion is legal or illegal, men can be tricked into getting a woman pregnant and be forced to pay child support, men having no say in the issue. If a guy lives in a state that makes is illegal, the risk will increase some, but the underlying issue remains the same. Men are at risk of unwanted fatherhood and paying unwanted child support regardless of the legality of abortion. Whether Roe V Wade is overturned or not, doesn’t alter this underlying problem, it only increases the risk slightly (see point 4)

  4. If a state outlaws abortion, most women who want an abortion will go to another state, get an illegal abortion or get an abortion via a legal procedure that’s not called abortion. So, the overall risk to men of paying unwanted child support won’t change that much. Yes, it will increase the risk of child support a little, but the underlying problem remains unchanged: men can be deceived (or get caught up in the moment or have birth control fail) and have to pay could support regardless of Roe V Wade is overturned or not.

If women are screaming, "my body, my choice" over abortion rights. Where was that mentality when they let a guy have sex with them without a condom if they didn't want to get knocked up?

I know a lot of people don't want to say anything but abortion is a mens issue because women have abused it so much that it's harder for men to find a marriable woman. Abortion just allows them to be reckless and too many of them have made them unmarriable and they were enabled to buy easily available abortions.
