So far too many women are opposed to universal DNA testing. While in a discussion with an obvious troll, I had an idea. Her argument (along with other women) is that universal DNA testing is government overreach. So here's my idea.

The hospital is required legally to go home with the genetic mother. I mean who wants to accidently raise someone else's kid right? Since birth certificates are already government documents there's no overreach in regulating them I little more.

So why not make a law that says a man's name can not be assigned on a birth certificate without a DNA test?

Maybe someone smarter than me could form a better argument? Is there any reason why the name of the father has to be on the birth certificate without proof?
