I don't think you'll find one word that doesn't offend somebody.

Many of the circumcised don't like "intact" because they feel like they're inadequate, deprived, or victimized.

Many of the intact don't like "uncircumcised" for the same reason they don't like "unmastectomized" for women. Which nobody says, but they have a point.

To your point about what's "normal," I'm in the U.S. and intact and I know I'm not "normal" in the societal sense. But I'm over it.

Frankly, I think "uncut" is too casual. I see it used mostly in gay male circles.

You might prefer another term, but I don't see anything inaccurate about this one.

Intact = natural = uncut.

Whether it's "normal" depends on where you live.
