I followed this back through the links and there was a video of a group of men and women telling him to jump. They were tired of waiting and were egging him on. They doubted he would do it, they claimed he wanted attention and eventually he didn't jump. Most of the comments were between themselves although they did shout "come on".

The Maltese law will convict people who encourage someone who kill themselves but not those who encourage someone who doesn't do it.

It's 75/80% male suicide in most countries because gunshot or jumping and women take pills or cut. Men and women attempt suicide at equal rates but men are more effective. Our mental heath system is clogged up with women who didn't kill themselves but are at risk of retrying.

I couldn't imagine a scene where a crowd would be encouraging a women to jump.

Not exactly the same but I cannot believe people can still defend Michelle Carter. What the FUCK is wrong with them? They most certainly wouldn’t be defending a guy if he pushed her to kill herself. He would’ve been immediately thrown in prison for life, and the key thrown away.

This happened here on reddit too. Most of the posts were erased. IIRC the men's rights moderators at the time may have saved them. I feel they are evidence of serious crime which was never investigated. We remember you /u/black_visions
