In the USA the definition in law is neutral but the definition for the FBI's OCR (collection of stats on crime) is sexist and so is the CDC's definition for research purposes. Those last to explicitly came about through feminist lobbying.

Also no woman is ever locked up in the USA purely for raping an adult male.

In short rape almost always means "man raping a woman" and where it doesn't mean that it's a man raping another man.

Feminists in Israel lobbied against widening the definition of rape to include female rapists over there a few years ago.

Yes pretty much. Such sexist definitions of rape are common. And even when the definition in the law books are gender-neutral, no one believes or cares if or when a woman rapes a man.

I'm not saying it is ok or fair, it is just the reality of the world we are living in.

We live in a gynocentric world.

Yes, that is the case in most countries across the world. And what's more, apart from this legal definition of rape, there is a massive imbalance in policy for establishing mens rea.

In places where men can actually be raped by legal definition, it's still damn near impossible to get the perpetrator convicted. And when you can get a conviction the punishment is nowhere close to the punishment men get for the same conviction, just because of the personal bias of judges.

In the UK rape definition you need a penis to rape, if you insert anything else its counted as sexual assault.

This her is the problem. The like to give their own definition to rape. And with this definition that they gave them, at this point a gold digger will first be willing to have sex and then later say she wasn’t willing and and state these things.

In the UK they even hate calling rape rape when the woman is the perpetrator. Even when the victim is a young boy child.

So that's way women having sex with minor boys is not considered sexual assault on minor.
