Holy shit. Holy shit. I lost it when Anita Sarkeesian was shown claiming that men's greater physical strength is merely a "deeply ingrained, socially constructed myth." I mean I don't know that I have ever heard anyone seriously claim that...well, anyone other than prepubescent girls. Yes, please encourage girls to base their self-esteem on how their physical abilities compare to those of boys, and on other masculine values. That's a wonderful idea...if you want to completely destroy any chance of girls having self-esteem in the long run.

Sure, Anita, men's superior strength is just a social construct...that's why the Olympics and boxing are co-ed. This is the "duh" heard around the world.

The original likeagirl video was fine, insightful, helpful for women. The dove commercial about unrealistic body image issues and photoshop was also fine. That one was even good for men as well, because these are issues that men are now also having to deal with more and more.

Why are people getting butthurt over them? These two videos took nothing away from men.
