I was 14 when I got raped by my aunt , I never thought something like that would happen to me , all my strength felt useless,my body froze up and I had phimosis so my foreskin got torn apart and despite my physical injury she was considered innocent and instead of locking her up in jail ,they put me in a mental health institute.whenever I opened about this , they either said "your lucky" or "you must have enjoyed it" and they would just straight up victim blame me. Just wanted to vent. Edit : some even had the audacity to tell me "now you know how women feels"

I haven't been molested but when I told my ex gf (gf at the time) and her friends some past trauma... there response was just "oh that isn't too bad at all".

Never told anyone ever again after that.
